How does spaced repetition work?
Spaced repetition is a learning technique where you review information at increasing intervals. When you learn something new, you review it soon. As you demonstrate mastery, the time between reviews grows longer. This method is scientifically proven to improve long-term retention.
How do I create exercises?
You can create exercises in two ways: 1) Click the "Add Exercise" button in any class to create them one by one, or 2) Use the bulk import feature to import multiple exercises from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel format).
What do the different exercise statuses mean?
New: Never reviewed. Learning: Recently started, being reviewed frequently. Reviewing: Intermediate stage with longer intervals. Mastered: Well-learned with intervals of weeks or more.
Can I import exercises from other apps?
Yes! Export your exercises from other apps as CSV or Excel files, then use our bulk import feature. We support common formats and will map columns automatically.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Go to Settings > Subscription to view your current plan and upgrade or downgrade options. Changes take effect immediately, and any difference is prorated.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. During this time, you can reactivate your account and access everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per GDPR requirements.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our servers are hosted in EU data centers, and we comply with GDPR. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
Can I use SuperGrade offline?
Currently, SuperGrade requires an internet connection. Offline mode is on our roadmap for future releases.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". You'll need to confirm this action. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Students with a valid university email address receive 50% off all paid plans. Contact support with proof of student status to activate your discount.
