Frequently Asked Questions
What is the AI allowance?
Reading PDFs and matching importance with AI use up allowance; adding exercises by hand does not. It counts your usage over the last 30 days, and older usage keeps dropping out. How many PDFs it covers depends on the length and content of the files.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time to the end of the current billing period, under Settings > "Manage Subscription". Your plan stays active until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What happens to my data when my subscription or Semester Pass ends?
Your classes, exercises and reviews are kept, and you continue on the Free plan.
